The Royal Academy of Gastronomy (RAG) designated the province of Alicante “Gastronomic Capital of the Mediterranean 2019” becoming, in this way, its permanent headquarters along with Beirut.
The exquisite quality of local products, the tradition and the vanguard of the sector have positioned our province as a worldwide reference with 15 Michelin stars, which shows the concentrated talent that exists in our territory, something that from our online shop we demonstrate every day.
