Information
Our artisan sausage is made with bacon and lean pork first quality. Its artisanal process with all the guarantees makes it even more authentic. In the process of making the dough, the lean and pork belly are mixed with fine salt, ground white pepper, ground cloves and water.
We send it directly to you from the ‘Rico Embotits’ charcuterie in Pinoso, which has become a benchmark at the Valencian Region.
