In the elaboration of all their products they select the best fish from the best seas, they elaborate them in a traditional way, they are salted and dried with the right amount of sea salt from the salt mines of San Pedro del Pinatar as the only preservative as the Phoenician ancestors did, achieving the highest quality and an incomparable flavor for the most demanding palates.
At present they have new facilities of more than 1,200 m², complying with all health standards and the most stringent hygiene and quality controls, ensuring that all products maintain all their aroma and traditional flavor.
