Our catalan sausage is elaborated with first quality lean pork previously cooked, salt, spices and pork blood. In the process of making the dough, the lean and the pork blood are mixed with salt, spices and water. Then the dough is left to stand for approximately 24 hours. After 24 hours, our sausages are ready.
