Ingredients: Cod fish, red peppers, garlic, onions and extra virgin olive oil.
Its elaboration consists on roasted the red peppers and cut cod fish, garlic and onions. Then, add the extra virgin olive oil.
All ingredients are roasted in the oven and once peeled by hand, they are mixed with the cod fish.
This craft preserve typical of Alicante is certified as an ‘Artisan Product by the Region of Valencia’.
Recommendation: For the appetizer, dump the aspencat in a bowl and put some rolls or small slices of toasted bread on the side so that each diner gets to taste.
