The pericana is an appetizer typical of the Valencian Community. Our pericana does not carry preservatives or dyes. It is a traditional and artisan preserve without any process of industrial elaboration. All ingredients come from our region.
Recommendation: For the appetizer, dump the pericana in a bowl and put some rolls or small slices of toasted bread on the side so that each diner gets to taste.
