The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Intense Coupage” by Señoríos de Relleu is a very original coupage of extra virgin olive oils from monumental olive trees. It comes in a 500 ml bottle with a gift box. With an intense and very complex aromatic fruitiness, in which all kinds of nuances can be distinguished. From a citrus and floral touch to a light hay aroma, passing through the fresh scent of grass and the interesting nuance of fig tree.

History of the premium gastronomic case:

In Señoríos de Relleu they like to feel alive and fresh as children. They like to celebrate events, birthdays, anniversaries, trips, achievements… and to accompany them with gifts, full of enthusiasm, illusions, which awaken in everyone, both those who make them and those who receive them, a lot of pleasant emotions. That is why Señoríos de Relleu has thought that its brand can contribute its grain of sand to the celebrations of others, surprising them as they like to be surprised.

All this has been reflected in the elements they have developed to present their product. The first thing we find is a gift box with a Naif style watercolor that transmits freshness, light, color, nature, water. But if we sharpen our gaze and try to imagine climbing on the globe of the lid, we see people celebrating parties in the countryside, family houses, tomato plants, banana trees, fig trees, peppers, artichokes, flowers, olives in different stages of ripening, fruit trees, ancient olive trees, grass, hay … a whole game of guessing, of clues that invites us to try to discover what is inside.

Finally, if we continue traveling towards the interior of the object, we open the bottle, we smell, we feel an intense fruity of green aromas of freshly cut grass, alloza, nuances of banana, fig tree, hay… we pour in a plate and we find a wonderful intense golden oil. In short, a complete gastronomic gift that produces authentic Mediterranean Sensations.

The Oil Mill

Eliseo and Hugo decided to start Señoríos de Relleu in the Masia Teuladi farmhouse, built in 1918, is only 10 km from the sea and nestles in a valley of almond groves and Aleppo pines, where gentle Mediterranean breezes take the edge off the often harsh mountain weather.

Regarding the terroir, the chalky clay loam soil found in this area makes this the perfect spot for growing native varieties such as Manzanilla Villalonga, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Alfafara and Genovesa alongside the highly prized Arbequina variety.
