M de Alejandria is a sweet wine elaborated by freezing Muscat grapes, inspired by ice wines.
An indigenous variety worked with great passion from the field to the winery that gave us its first fruits with the 2017 harvest.

Tasting
Color: Crystalline, bright, straw yellow with golden tones.
Nose: Powerful, fine and elegant, fully expressing the Muscatel variety, with overtones of musk, tropical citrus fruits and hints of fresh aromatic herbs. (lemon, honey, roses)
Palate: Ample, very smooth and dry. Balanced, savoury, rich in fruity overtones, with an outstanding grape variety aroma at the back of the nose, making it a highly recognisable, superlative, unique wine.
Pairing: Ideal for desserts with chocolate or nougat. Also, for appetizers with foie, blue cheeses and seafood.
Service temperature: Between 9 ºC.
