Mas de La Mona Chardonnay

Vineyard and Winemaking

Mas de la Mona white wine honors the old farmhouses where you can see the cultivation of the Chardonnay grape.

Its harvest at the end of August,  guarantees its perfect acidity and fruit power. Then, it is fermented in medium toasted french oak barrels for 10 months with controlled temperature and humidity. Its yellow color with lemony reflections are evident in its silky entry with a lot of volume and its aroma of tropical notes and white stone fruit.

This wine represents the perfect balance with the Mediterranean gastronomy which offering a great flavors and aromas experience of the Guadalest’s region.
