Penya del Castellet Rosé
Vineyard and Winemaking
Its production begins with the vinification process in a stainless steel tank with a controlled temperature to enhance the floral, spicy aromas and Mediterranean freshness.
From the first fermentation of its lees, the greatest freshness and aromatic intensity is maintained. Its pinkish color with electric reflections manifests in the mouth a fresh flavor and hints of fruity acidity.
