Spanish rosemary in leaf, native to the rocky coasts of the Mediterranean. It is appreciated as a culinary complement and also for its essential oil. Our rosemary is grown in Spain, in small cultivations in the Mediterranean area and selected, sieved and cut.

Its intense aroma makes the most widespread use of rosemary as a condiment in many recipes to enhance the flavor of food. In the Alicante area it is widely used for the famous “rice with rabbit and snails”.
