Tandoori Masala is a spice blend widely used in India and Pakistan. The spices contained in this mixture vary to some extent between different regions but generally include: garam masala, ginger, onion, cayenne pepper, cumin, pepper, cardamom, fenugreek, garlic, coriander, and sometimes other spices and additives. In Spain, this recipe varies substantially.
