Torino red vermouth is made by Bodegas Antonio Llobell from Muscat of Alexandria grape variety, carefully macerated with selected herbs using an ancient recipe inherited from medieval times and improved to the present day gives rise to a unique vermouth.

This vermouth exhibits slightly sweet aromas and flavors, achieving a perfect balance with a background of grapes and raisins from the most renowned Muscat vineyard area in the world.

Tasting and Pairing

 

Sight: Mahogany color with some reddish reflections.

Nose: It has an intense and very fresh aroma from the muscatel grape with which this vermouth is made and from botanical extracts such as wormwood, gentian, cinnamon or chalky díctamo.

Mouth: The palate is sweet and fresh, with persistence of aromatic plants, spices and ending with subtly bitter notes, all resulting in a perfectly balanced and unique whole.

Pairing: Perfect to drink with all kinds of appetizers such as canned, salted or roasted nuts.

Service temperature: Serve chilled over ice in a wide glass. Optional with an orange peel or a peel and a few drops of natural lemon.

Bodegas Antonio Llobell Cardona is a family winery, which is dedicated solely and exclusively to the production of high quality wines made from the Muscat variety of the Marina Alta (Alicante). Its exclusive dedication to this variety aims to overcome all limitations in search of excellence.

Relations with the wine sector began in 1978, through which they interacted with professionals who had dedicated entire generations to the production of the best muscatels along the Mediterranean coast. Thanks to these professionals they have been learning year after year the art of winemaking.
