Description

Description

Information

Cinnamon is the inner bark of the same name genus tree, obtained peeling its branches and letting the barks dry. Ceylan variety, also called “true cinnamon”, is the original one. Usually it has a golden pale Brown color and a sweet and light citric flavor. This variety is different from Cassia cinnamon, wich barks are harder and a bit spicy. Ceylan cinnamon sticks are formed by thin bark layers, easily breakable for milling. This cinnamon is cultivated in Ceylan (Sri Lanka) and selected to bring to your kitchen the best one of the world.
