Mojama is named ‘The Iberian Ham of the Sea’. Our Mojama is elaborated with the best part of the tuna loin. So its flavor and texture is exquisite.
The process of elaboration is handmade. Firstly, the tuna loins are cut and then they are buried in salt and dried for a few days.
Suggestions: It is appropriate as an appetizer (Tapas) with almonds. As well for salads.
