Information

Uvas Cabrera is a dry muscat white wine characterized by a great aromatic load and a wide range of fruit. It is a very fresh wine in the mouth, fruity, with hints of honey, roses and lemon blossom.

Uvas Cabrera are the fifth generation of Muscat of Alexandria grape farmers. They are great connoisseurs of this native variety of our region.

In 2016, they made their first dry white wine Muscat of Alexandria with their friend and winemaker Daniel Belda, a benchmark of spanish mediterranean wines.

Tasting

Colour: Bright, clean, pale straw colour with a slightly green edge.

Nose: Slightly exotic, stylish and very expressive. High aromatic intensity. The aroma feature citrus, tree and stone fruits like apricot, peach and exotic spices, and also white flowers such as jasmine, lemon blossom and as well as the hint of rose petals.

Palate: Fruity with powerful floral bouquet and great persistence.

Pairing: Paella, fish dishes and appetizer.
