Information
Embaucador red wine is elaborated with Monastrell grape variety. It is aged for 6 months in french oak barrels.
The vinification stage of this red wine begins with the harvesting of the grapes at the optimal moment of maturation. Manual harvesting with nitrogen protection to carry out the pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C. This technique consists of prolonging the pre-fermentation stage of the maceration, in order to obtain more color and more body.
Then the malolactic fermentation stage is carried out in french oak barrels where it remains for 6 months.
