Information
This a Mediterranean white wine elaborated with muscat and macabeo grapes. Both are subjected to a pre-fermentation maceration between 8 and 10 degrees to obtain largest aromatic complexity.

Tasting
Colour: Very pale, crystalline, bright.
Nose: Powerful, fine and elegant, fully expressing the Muscatel variety, with overtones of musk, tropical citrus fruits and hints of fresh aromatic herbs.
Palate: Ample, very smooth and dry. Balanced, savoury, rich in fruity overtones, with an outstanding grape variety aroma at the back of the nose, making it a highly recognisable, superlative, unique wine.
Pairing: Match perfectly well with seafood, fish, rices, pastas and sushi. Ideal as an aperitif.
Service temperature: Between 7-9 ºC.
