Our murcian sausage is elaborated with the most quality lean pork, salt, pepper and spices, not blood pork for its elaboration.
In the process of making the dough, the lean pork is mixed with salt, spices and water. Then the dough is left to stand for approximately 24 hours. After 24 hours, our sausages are ready.
