The vineyard is situated very close to the winery. A single vineyard with royat cord whose pruning, irrigation, treatment and health protection are conducted with the utmost attention to obtain an optimal and balanced production of grapes that reach the best quality.

Pairing: Paella, cuttlefish, Brussels sprout. 

Service temperature: Between 8-10 ºC.
