Return Policy
The customer will have a term of 7 calendar days after the product receipt to exercise their right of return without penalties or having to justify reasons.
In accordance with the Article 102.b) of Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16th November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approves that the customer cannot exercise the right of return of the products which have been opened or manipulated.
The customer must indicate their intention to withdraw before the deadline and the product must be returned. For this, the customer will have to send an email to info@alicantedelicatessen.com including their name and address as well as the order number.
ALICANTE DELICATESSEN will refund the amount paid by the customer without deducting bank costs. However, the return and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Once received the products on which rests the abandonment and verified their correct condition, ALICANTE DELICATESSEN will refund to the customer the paid amount in a maximum term of 10 calendar days. Products that do not preserve their original packaging could undergo depreciation.
