Delivery orders will be held at the delivery address selected by the customer. ALICANTE DELICATESSEN does not accept responsibility if the product delivery is not performed because of inaccuracy or falseness of the information provided by the customer for this purpose, as well as, in the event that the delivery cannot be done for reasons beyond ALICANTE DELICATESSEN, such as the missing addressee in the delivery address.
In case of missing addressee will be left a note with the information required to arrange another delivery in the same address whenever possible or the place to be collected the order. In any case, after 7 days from the last delivery attempt and the order has not been delivered, it will be returned to origin and proceeding to the resolution of the contract.
Any receipt shall be done in the presence of the carrier and the contents shall be checked before signing the delivery note and write any defect in the same note. You should also confirm these defects to the carrier before 48 hours from the delivery and send us a copy. Any claim after this deadline will not be considered or accepted.
