Mojama or dried and salted loin of tuna is named the ‘Iberian Ham of the sea’. Our mojama is elaborated with the best part of the loin of tuna. It has a premium quality. So its flavor and texture is exquisite.
The elaboration process is handmade. Firstly, the tuna loins are cut. Then they are left in salt and then dried.
Consumer Suggestions: It is appropriate as an appetizer (Tapas). It is usually prepared it with a few almonds or other nuts. You can also eatin salads, with hearts of lettuce, tomato, asparagus, olives and hot dishes.
