Mojama is called ‘The Iberian Ham of the Sea’ as well. Our mojama is elaborated with the best part of the tuna loin. So its flavor and texture is exquisite.
The process of elaboration is handmade. Firstly, the tuna loins are cut and then they are buried in salt and dried.
Consumer Suggestions: It is appropriate as an appetizer (Tapas). It is usually prepared it with a few almonds or other nuts. As well for salads.
